Swarovski Crystal & Freshwater Pearls

Swarovski crystal and freshwater pearls have now got to be my favourite gems/beads. Beautiful sparkle from the crystal teamed with the lustre of the freshwater pearls.
This second design has not yet been listed in my store as I am having the usual problem - can't think of a name????To see other designs just go to my store, http://beadsme.etsy.com and type in crystal or freshwater pearls in the search bar.

A Buddy In Mind

Spotted these crochet balls in the local craft store and straight away thought of my team mate and buddy Designsbycher. She has such a love of crochet and felt that these are just for her.
Great comment from EmotionalOasis "Pic looks like bewbs". Now looking at them I totally agree. So the title is apt 'An Ode To Cher' or should this be 'An ode To Chers Bewbage"???

Swarovski Crystals Are Just Amazing

I have used many Swarovski Crystals in my creations and just love them. The way the sparkle and shimmer in different kinds of light, the colours they come in and I suppose I am a Swarovski Crystal whore!

Recently I purchased a large Swarovski Crystal and wanted to make an amazing piece. OMG I hadn't bought a crystal so big, well roughly 30mm by 30mm, it's big to me.
I was amazed whilst taking photographs of it at the different colours streaming through. Wow did it sparkle and the sun just shone back at me. I was absolutely in a magical, colourful world of my own. Putting it against the white stand made it look a beautiful shade of blue although it actually is clear.

The photgraphs alone do not do it justice. You really have to see it for real. This second picture shows a rainbow of colours from one position but just look at the last photograph, It's awesome!
I just teamed the fan/shell shaped crystal with a sparkling silver bail, half a dozen white fresh water pearls and a bright flower patterned silver plated chain.

OK Blues Over, What About Green?

My FMG order arrived and I must have spent a day fondling the beads. What I did buy I haven't used before and thats Celestial Crystals.
But I still had to add a Swarovski crystal to the earrings.
Mmmm I like!!!

Don't know why but I went for peridot, olive and frosted green. Putting the peridot with antiqued brass findings really gives that vintage feel. Check them out. Cool eh?
These items should be for sale in my store shortly.

I Just Adore Handmade Lampwork

Just take a look at these glorious pendants I put together using handmade lampwork beads, swarovski crystals, daisy spacers and cones. Attaching them to more than one chain has a great effect. The blue lampwork bead was purchased from http://rufsandroxy.etsy.com/ and the mauve/aqua lampwork from http://calumeydesigns.etsy.com/ . Don't you agree they are exceptional artists.
