My First Glass Plate

I am so pleased with my first attempt.

I have had the plate mold for many months now and just haven't plucked up the courage to try it. I wish I had done this months ago.
Yesterday I created this gorgeous plate. I was amazed, I CAN do it even if my kiln is so unpredictable.

Today I have decided to try again, fingers crossed. I would love to get a few of these created for a craft fair I am attending in November.

A big thank you goes to Jen of Envisionit Creative for designing and setting up my website. She gave me help and advice on setting pages up and gave me the encouragement to do it myself. Not such a bimbo after all.

I can see this taking me many months to get to how I want it.
