If you go into edit the element that holds your mini, after 'thumbnails' there are two numbers, yours should say 5,2. You can make the 5 a 7 and it will add four more pictures (two more rows). Etsy only gives you an option of up to 5 columns and 5 rows, but you can edit your html in blogger to hold up to 7.
